Nikki Lucas

Nikki Lucas entered the circus arena from a competitive gymnastic background more years ago than she'd care to reveal. She has worked with a variety of circus companies over the years in the U.K and Europe and honed a wide range of skills. Alongside being an accomplished acrobat, Nikki also performs acts in fire, hula hoops and stilt walking as well as teaching circus workshops. Her aspirations are to lighten the worlds woes by spreading mischief and merriment with Strictly Dumb Prancing, she also wishes to write a comprehensive guide to the best cakes in the world which she has been diligently researching single-handedly for some time now, yum.

Tat

Having discovered a deep and some would say sad love of juggling whilst studying for an economics degree. Tat ran away from a life in the Circus to the exciting and rewarding vocation as a maths teacher. After four fun packed years at the chalkboard and a stint programming computers he ran away to Spain with a fire show. A shy and introverted man he roamed the UK and Europe with various companies and even started a few of his own. His epiphany arrived with the discovery of the accolades attributed to being the big bloke on the bottom of an acrobalance duet. His life is now devoted to raising Nikki to the heavens so the world can behold her grace and beauty.

Together

Tat and Nikki have been firm friends and acrobatics partners for over 13 years. A sharing of dry wit, sarcasm and the darkest of humours have cemented this love to hate partnership. Their constant off stage playful jibes, bickering and banter have finally found their way into their on stage characters and so the masterpiece of Strictly Dumb Prancing has been born.
